안녕하십니까?  스템스병원 원장 박재우 입니다.

저는 세계 최초로 자가 지방줄기세포와 PRP를 사용하여 퇴행성관절염 연골재생 치료가 가능하다는 것을 2011년도에 발표한 재생의학 전문의 입니다.

저희 스템스병원은프롤로테라피 인대강화 주사, 히알루로산 연골주사, PRP 관절주사, PRP + 히알루론산 관절주사, SVF 자가 지방줄기세포 연골재생 치료를 전문으로 하는 통증클리닉 입니다. 기존의 관절 주사 외에도  SVF 자가 지방줄기세포 + PRP를 사용하여 퇴행성관절염,  반월상연골판 연골파열, 슬개골 연골연화증 연골재생 치료도 시행하고 있습니다.

인간의 몸은 자가치유의 능력(스스로 회복하는 능력)을  가지고 있습니다. 이때에  쓰이는 세포가 치유  줄기세포 또는 재생 줄기세포 입니다.  환부의  회복이 늦거나 잘 낫지 않는 이유는 치유 줄기세포의 양(quantity)이  부족하여서 입니다. 예) 골절의 경우 많은  양의  골수  줄기세포가 치유  줄기세포의  역활을 하기에 뼈의  상처가  잘 아물 수 있는 것 입니다.  반면  연골의  경우  혈액  공급이 잘 되지 않기에 치유 줄기세포를 포함한 다른 세포 공급이 부족하여 치유가 잘 되지 않는 것 입니다.
